Brief biography: My name is Marcin Lewoszewski. From the year 2006 until 2008 I was a Partner’s assistant in mid-sized law firm in Cracow. Under supervision of a senior lawyer, I advised in various IT projects in relation to privacy and in particular personal data protection. I have an experience in IT outsourcing projects (Service Level Agreements), software development legal issues (intellectual property, software ESCROW) and ADR in relation to .EU, .COM and national domain names disputes. I have experience in drafting legal opinions and resolving legal issues related to the privacy. For almost two years I worked for Bureau of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data in Warsaw (Complaints and legislation department).
Before my legal studies I was an IT security officer in several mid-sized companies, I am fluent in Linux/Unix/MS Windows systems and network security.
